1.How long will does it take to make my sign?
Turnaround time really depends on the individual job. Some jobs can be produced
in minutes and some jobs may take days. We will try our best to accommodate any of your deadline requests.
2. Are your prices competitive?
When you consider the quality workmanship and material, we think we have a competitive advantage. Most importantly, we stand behind our products and offer a complete customer satisfaction guarantee.
3.What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit upon ordering and the balance upon completion of the job. We accept company checks as well as all major credit cards. We will extend net terms to companies that have successfully completed the credit application process.
4.What graphic files can you accept?
We accept both Mac and PC graphic files. Please follow the guidelines below:
We require vector artwork if your file is to be cut in vinyl. This means your text and graphics are outlined. Some programs offer an option to Save or Export text as vectors, curves, paths or outlines. Vector files are .ai or .eps.
For printing projects, photos or 4 color images should be saved at 300 DPI at 100% of actual size when possible. If not, please save at 150 DPI at ½ size. These files are .tif and .jpg. Website graphics are not acceptable for this process.
Convert all fonts to curves, paths or outlines to eliminate the need to send the fonts.
Include Pantone numbers if color matching is required.
5.My file is 25 megabits, what is the best way to send it to you?
Please use the “send a file” feature located on the homepage. This will load your file directly to our FTP site.
6.Do you have a minimum charge?
The minimum charge for any project is $75.
7.Will you visit my office to give an estimate?
We enjoy meeting with new and existing clients. We gain more knowledge about our customers by meeting with them at their place of business. This enables us to recommend and offer alternative solutions to their signage needs.
